We do not offer refunds:

• For all Altair Academy online courses.

• For any of the International Space Convention tickets or recordings.

• KLEOS Mentorship Program.

 

To be eligible for a conversion you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Conversions

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your conversion request, and let you know if the conversion was approved or not.
