Governing Law; Jurisdiction

Any claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted in any state court in London, United Kingdom. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agrees that the venue is proper in such courts in any such legal action or proceeding

Press Members:

Must submit a request for press credentials to cover ISC 2023 in London, United Kingdom. All requests will be reviewed by ISC staff and submitting a request does not guarantee credentials will be granted. If approved, press members will have to provide documentation proving their status as "Working Press" or "Media" as part of the registration process.

Cancellation Policy:

Failing to attend ISC 2023, virtually will forfeit the entire fee.
